Lucivity Fitness is a trademarked brand owned and operated by Matthew Robert Humphreys (“we”/”us”/”our”). Lucivity Fitness provides an online training course hosted at app.lucivityfitness.com (the “Course”).

3. Use of the Website and App

3.1. You may access and use our website and app for personal and non-commercial use only.

3.2. Sign up and login via Google account. Google will share your name, email address, language preference, and profile picture with lucivityfitness.com. We do not collect or store any other personal data about you on our website, but we do store the information provided to access the Course on our app.

3.3. You must keep your account details safe and not share your login details with anyone else. We are not responsible for any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to our website and app at any time without notice at our discretion.

4. Purchasing the Course

4.1. Payment for the Course is handled directly by our payment provider Stripe. We do not store any of your payment details.

4.2. Our receipt of payment will form the contract for services between you and us. We are not responsible for any failure by Stripe to complete the transaction.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. All intellectual property rights in the website, app and Course, including copyright, trademarks, branding and images, are owned by us. You may not copy any content without our express prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. We provide the website, app and Course on an “as is” basis and make no representations or warranties about them.

6.2. We will not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer in connection with the use of our website, app or Course.

7. Termination

7.1. We may terminate your account and access to the Course immediately if you breach these terms and conditions.

7.2. You may cancel your account and request a refund of your payment within 28 days of purchase. We will not provide any refunds after this period.
