Welcome To Lucivity Fitness

Hello and welcome to Lucivity Fitness, a unique approach to maximising your fitness levels by engaging in physical exercise within your own lucid dreams.

Meet Your Instructor

My name is Matt Humphreys, the founder of Lucivity Fitness. My mission is to bridge the gap between your conscious and subconscious mind, to benefit your physical body when you next do physical exercise and activities.

The Difference

Lucivity Fitness is unique. It really is unlike anything else found in the health and fitness industry today – and it’s all backed up by science, research and wisdom passed on through the ages.

Course Overview

What you’ve enrolled yourself in isn’t a typical lucid dreaming course – instead, this is a series of practical, instructional and relatable lessons each designed to help you develop the skills and mindset needed to practise physical exercise while you lucid dream.

This course is split into three parts, with five modules and twenty lessons, that should last about two to three months – depending on your commitment and speed of progress.

Interactive Learning

Rome wasn’t built in a day, and being able to practise physical exercise in the environment of your lucid dreams won’t be mastered overnight either. It will take a little bit of time and effort, but don’t worry, I’ve got your back!

Each lesson will require your own input by clicking or tapping a button to reveal questions that I’d like you to answer by putting pen to paper in your own private notebook.

Throughout this course I’ll be asking you questions and setting you short tasks so that you can better understand exactly where you are on your journey towards lucid dreaming and achieving Lucivity Fitness within them.

Some of the exercises will be fun to do, while others are designed to explore your psyche and subconscious mind a little more – sometimes it might even get pretty deep as well. But I won’t let you go there alone! I’ll break the ice by doing some of these tasks with you as well.

Course Goals

My aim with the course is to get you lucid dreaming first, so that you can practise Lucivity Fitness second. After that, you’ll soon feel the benefits of everything you’ll learn next time you hit the gym or have a training session.

By encouraging you to become significantly more mindful through the questions I’ll ask and the tasks I’ll set in the upcoming course, lucidity should happen a lot sooner for you, making the practice of Lucivity Fitness far easier to implement!

As you progress through the course, you’ll notice opportunities to reach out to me with any questions you have along the way.

You’re going to learn a lot throughout this course, so I think we should turn this experience into a conversation between us both.
