Once you become consciously aware of your dream, you are free to do whatever you feel like!

During the early days of your lucid dream adventures, I really want you to enjoy the liberating feeling that comes with skills you’ve worked so hard to achieve.

I want you to push your feet off the ground and take flight high above the clouds!

I want you to think creatively by opening a door that instantly takes you to a different land.

Why not interact with the dream characters that surround you, or even convince your favourite celebrity to jump into bed with you?

The possibilities that lay ahead while lucid in your dreams are endless – and as much as lucid dreaming can be a powerful tool for transformation and enhancing your physical fitness, right now, let’s just have some fun with it.

I’m setting you a short list of lucid dream challenges and experiments I would like you to try and complete.

The challenges are split into 5 categories that have been designed to get you used to your new surroundings, feed the curiosities you probably have about lucid dreaming and shake off the initial feeling of wanting to do everything, because you really have just stepped into your very own amusement park.

Succeeding in this challenge is simple – make sure to set clear intentions for what you want to achieve before you fall asleep, in exactly the same way as described in the lucid dream technique lesson earlier.

Once you become aware of your dream, remind yourself of your intention and confidently announce it out loud for your subconscious to hear and act upon.
