The story about me and Lucivity Fitness starts somewhere you probably wouldn’t have expected. For around fifteen years or so, I was in a pretty dark place struggling with a deep depression – and I had absolutely no idea why.

It felt like I was in a never-ending war with my own mind – and I was certainly losing the battle. Medication wasn’t working and therapy wasn’t effective at all.

But then something unexpected changed everything for me – I learned about the incredible healing properties of lucid dreaming.

Healing & Transformation

Diving into the world of lucid dreaming, as taught by lucid dream expert and author Charlie Morley, my mind was opened up to a whole new avenue for healing, thanks to the science of neuroplasticity.

I found that when I was using my conscious mind in the world of my own subconscious dreams, I could have an uninterupted conversation with my inner, most deepest self – and actually face the mental challenges head on that had been holding me back.

And it worked extremely well – my depression was gone! It was in another state of lucid dreaming that I came up with the idea for Lucivity Fitness.

Lucivity Fitness is a lucid dream practice that any athlete and fitness enthusiast can add to their training routines to enhance their athletic performance.

One night, in the middle of a lucid dream, I saw it all come together.

Physical fitness, visualisation techniques and lucid dreaming methods were seamlessly merged into one to form a blend of lucidity with activity.

That dream was the seed that grew into the Lucivity Fitness course that I’ve written and designed today.

Through a lot of trial and error (and developing my own techniques to use lucid dreaming as an arena for performance enhancement) I refined a lucid dream practice that I now call Lucivity Fitness.
